The new roller is hot casted with thickened rubber double helix concave- convex helical. This not only enhanced the roller's damage resistance, but also makes the belt produce a strong centripetal force at the contact point with the material. This centripetal force can effectively suppress and adjust the deviating tendency of the belt at the starting point, and at the same time to extend its lifecycle by 3-5 times.
